Welcome to Jarago ("Jarago", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website jarago.online and the services we provide (the "Services"). By using Jarago you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About our services

Jarago is a digital top-up and bill-payment platform that lets you purchase airtime, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions, electricity units, betting-wallet funding, exam pins and related value-added services from Nigerian networks and billers. We act as an intermediary between you and the relevant network operator, biller or service provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Jarago. By using the Services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the payments you initiate.

3. Placing an order

You are responsible for entering the correct phone number, smartcard/IUC number, meter number, account details and amount before confirming any transaction.
Once a transaction is confirmed and value has been delivered to the number or account you provided, it cannot be reversed.
We are not liable for value delivered to an incorrect number or account caused by a mistake on your part.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed at checkout in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change at any time based on network and biller rates. Payment is processed through licensed third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery of value

We aim to deliver value instantly. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by network, biller or payment-provider downtime. Where value is not delivered and payment has been confirmed, we will either complete the delivery or process a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jarago for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or funding any activity prohibited by Nigerian law. We may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe is involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity, and may report such activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

8. Third-party services

Networks, billers, betting operators and payment providers each have their own terms. Jarago is not responsible for the acts, omissions or service quality of these third parties beyond delivering the value you paid for.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jarago’s total liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of Jarago after changes means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
